Jillian Earle, a Direct Support Professional with Community Care Network’s Project SEARCH program, has been named Vermont’s Direct Support Professional of the Year by ANCOR. Earle, who has been in this role since 2021, was recognized for her dedication and transformative impact on individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She will be honored at the ANCOR Connect conference in San Diego on April 9.
Earle expressed gratitude for the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients and the community. She credits her peers and co-workers for their support and is proud to be recognized for her work. ANCOR presents these awards annually to highlight the crucial role that direct support professionals play in supporting individuals with disabilities.
Community Care Network, comprising Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs, serves over 3,500 people each year in Rutland County. The organization focuses on enhancing the health and well-being of its clients through innovative and collaborative services across various areas.
