The fifth annual Best of Vermont Summer Festival, organized by the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, is set to take place on August 23 and 24 in Ludlow, Vermont. The event will feature specialty foods, wine, spirits, brew tastings, artisan products, fine art, live music, ag demos, children’s activities, and more. This year’s festival, now designated as a Vermont Signature Event, celebrates five years of summer fun. Lead Sponsor Okemo Mountain/Vail Resorts has generously donated the use of Okemo Field for the event.
In addition to the usual attractions, there will be special performances and entertainment to mark the festival’s milestone anniversary. The event will be marketed throughout the Okemo Valley region, Vermont, New England, and the Northeast. Mary W. Davis Realtor & Associates is returning as the presenting sponsor for the festival.
The festival committee is looking for additional sponsors, vendors, and volunteers. Discounts will be available for Okemo Valley Chamber Members, and returning vendors will receive preferential locations. The chamber is a non-profit organization representing over 300 businesses in the region, providing advocacy, support, and regional marketing to promote the area’s businesses and the four-season economy.
