Authorities confirm identities of victims involved in deadly crash on I-91 in Vermont.

Two people have been killed and two others injured in a tragic crash on Interstate 91 in Rockingham, Vermont. The incident occurred on Saturday morning when poor visibility and road conditions in the snow led to multiple northbound vehicles sliding off the road and crashing. A fuel tanker truck had come to a stop due to the accidents ahead when an SUV, unable to slow down in time, collided with the tanker truck. The driver of the SUV, identified as 39-year-old Taylor Binnington of North Haven, Connecticut, was pronounced dead at the scene. His wife and their 3-year-old child were taken to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries, while their 4-month-old son was airlifted to the medical center but later succumbed to his injuries. The authorities have been working to identify all the victims involved in this tragic accident and are investigating the circumstances that led to this deadly collision. This incident serves as a grim reminder of the importance of driving cautiously in inclement weather conditions and the devastating consequences that can result from reckless driving. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims during this difficult time.
