Vermont Women’s Basketball set to take on Quinnipiac in Final Home Game of 2024 Season
On Sunday, Vermont (5-6) will face off against Quinnipiac (7-1) in their last home game of the 2024 season. The game, which will tip off at 2:00 p.m. ET, will be streamed live on AmericaEast.TV. Fans can also listen to the game for free on the Vermont Sports Network from Learfield on WVMT.
In their last game against Manhattan, Vermont secured a 74-57 victory, with Keira Hanson leading the team in scoring with 16 points. Nikola Priede grabbed a season-high of eight rebounds, while Catherine Gilwee dished out a season-high of seven assists.
Vermont will look to improve their 1-4 all-time record against Quinnipiac, with their only win against the Bobcats coming last year. Vermont’s leading scorer this season is Olson, averaging 14.5 points per game, followed by Hanson and Vito. Vermont is currently wrapping up the second of four multi-game homestands.
Quinnipiac comes into the game with a 7-1 record, with their only loss being against Miami. The Bobcats are led by Gal Raviv, averaging 16.1 points per game. Quinnipiac returns all five of their leading scorers and rebounders from last season.
