The University of Vermont women’s basketball team will host Binghamton University on January 30 for their annual Vermont Night game presented by Vermont Federal Credit Union. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+ with Rob Ryan and Bernie Cieplicki providing commentary. Fans can also listen to the game on the Vermont Sports Network from Learfield on WVMT.
In their last game, the Catamounts defeated UMBC 67-44 with Sarah Ericson leading the way with 15 points. Vermont holds a 29-18 series lead over the Bearcats and previously defeated them in Vestal two weeks ago.
Scouting the Bearcats, Binghamton currently has a 3-4 conference record and has the fourth-best scoring defense in the America East conference. They are led by Jadyn Weltz in scoring with an average of 10.2 points per game.
