Norwich University’s Board of Trustees has elected Mr. Alfred J. “Al” Gobeille ’86 as the next Chair of the Board, succeeding Mr. Alan DeForest ’75 in April. President Lieutenant General John Broadmeadow expressed gratitude for both leaders. Gobeille, a distinguished Norwich alum, brings experience in leadership, public service, and entrepreneurship. He thanked Norwich for shaping his career. Gobeille looks forward to working with the Board to ensure the university’s legacy. DeForest, who served for nine years, guided Norwich through transitions and challenges with steady leadership. He expressed pride in his accomplishments and confidence in Gobeille’s leadership.
