MONTERREY, Mexico – The 11th edition of the IFE Conference is underway at Tecnológico de Monterrey, focusing on the theme “Driving the Future of Education with Innovation and Technology.” With over 4,650 attendees from 27 countries, the conference serves as a platform for global education leaders to discuss the role of emerging technologies in reshaping societies. Juan Pablo Murra, Rector of Tecnológico de Monterrey, highlighted the importance of integrating technological capabilities with pedagogical expertise to drive societal transformation.
Jose Escamilla, Associate Director of IFE, emphasized the need for educational institutions to adapt to technological innovations such as artificial intelligence and online learning to prepare students for the digital workforce. The conference aims to foster collaboration between humans and technology, recognizing the essential role of human interaction in education.
Over 250 activities, keynotes, and special events are scheduled throughout the conference, covering topics like emerging technologies, innovation, entrepreneurship, public policy, and sustainability.
