Fezz Audio Equinox Vacuum Tube DAC Adopts Lampizator Technology

Fezz Audio has introduced the new Equinox Vacuum Tube DAC, priced at $2,995 and the Equinox Prestige model priced at $3,995. The Equinox is the only Lampizator licensed vacuum tube D/A converter designed by Łukasz Fikus and features a single 12AU7 tube. It offers digital inputs, RCA outputs, and the ability to swap out tubes for customization. The Equinox Prestige model includes two 12AU7 tubes and balanced audio outputs. While the market is seeing more affordable DAC options, Fezz Audio aims to provide high-end components that appeal to audiophiles, with the Equinox and Equinox Prestige models being the latest additions. The collaboration with Lampizator suggests a bespoke and “analog” sound, appealing to those seeking a unique listening experience.
