Vermont Women’s Basketball is set to open the 2024-25 regular season by hosting Missouri at Patrick Gym in Burlington on Monday, November 4th. The game, presented by Redstone, will tip-off at 6 p.m. ET and tickets can be purchased at UVMathletics.com/Tickets or at the Patrick Gym Box Office on game day.
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+ with Rob Ryan calling the action. Fans can also listen for free on the Vermont Sports Network on WVMT. Anna Olson, a standout player for Vermont, was named to the Preseason All-Conference team for the fourth consecutive year. The Catamounts are 33-12 in home openers and are looking to start the season strong.
Vermont has added seven newcomers to their roster for the upcoming season, including five first-years and two transfers. They will face Missouri, a team that finished 11-19 last season and returns key players like Ashton Judd and Grace Slaughter. Judd was the second-leading scorer for the Tigers, while Slaughter was named to the SEC All-Freshmen team.
