Kate Pfeifer has been named the new head coach of the University of Vermont’s field hockey team. Pfeifer comes to UVM with an impressive coaching background, having previously worked at both the collegiate and international levels.
With over a decade of coaching experience, Pfeifer is poised to lead the Catamounts to success. She previously served as the head coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she led the team to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances. Pfeifer also has experience coaching at the international level, having served as an assistant coach for the US U21 Women’s National Team.
Pfeifer is excited to take on the challenge of leading the UVM field hockey team and is committed to building a competitive program.
