Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed Ukraine’s incursion into Russian soil, the largest since Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine began. Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed to drive Ukraine from Russian territories, accusing them of war crimes.
